Pressing

Pressing capabilities with current tooling configuration:

• Up to 6mm Hardox 450 of lengths up to 6.2m (Up to 90° Included angle)

• Up to 6mm Strenx700 (HT80) of lengths up to 6.2m (up to 70° included angle)

• Up to 8mm Strenx700 (HT80) of lengths up to 5.0m (tooling on its way to enable 6.2m Pressing) (90°)

• Up to 12mm Hardox 450 of lengths up to 2.0m (Up to 90° included angle)

• Up to 14mm Strenx700 (HT80) of lengths up to 2.0m (Up to 90° included angle)

• Up to 10mm Mild Steel (350MPa) of lengths up to 6.2m (Up to 90° included angle)

Additional tooling will be procured as time progresses to expand our capabilities.

CNC Machining

Pressing capabilities with current tooling configuration:

• Mazak V20 (3 Axis Mill, 2000×1000 bed)

• Mazak VTC20B(3 Axis Mill, 1200×500 bed)

• Mazak SQT10MS (Collet Chuck Lathe up to 40mm, C axis Milling,
  Sub-spindle, Barfeeder)

• Mazak SQT15M (Collet Chuck, 8” Chuck Lathe, C Axis Milling)

• Mazak SQT30M (12” Chuck Lathe, C Axis Milling)

Design & Development

Additional services: CNC plasma/oxy cutting, hydraulic tube and hose processing, fabrication, repairs.
